The Partnership for Food Safety Education Supports Health Educators
In June, the Partnership for Food Safety Education surveyed BAC Fighters to see how they use Fight BAC! materials and the level of engagement that BAC Fighters want with the Partnership. We learned a lot from the over 780 responses we received! One highlight of the survey – 98.6% of respondents viewed the Partnership as being supportive of food safety education. We also learned that a vast majority of BAC Fighters use fightbac.org. Most BAC Fighters would be interested in future webinars and other educational programming too. A majority of BAC Fighters work to educate others on the importance of safe food handling. As the Partnership works to support BAC Fighters in the field, we will use this survey to make sure we are best meeting the needs of BAC Fighters.
