Shelley Feist is a spokesperson on food safety and the consumer, giving actionable guidance to consumers on how they can reduce their risk of foodborne illness.  Ms. Feist has appeared live on the TODAY show and other broadcast media on the topic of consumer safe food handling and has been interviewed for stories in Newsweek, The Washington Post and other major publications.  In her work as Executive Director of the national non-profit Partnership for Food Safety Education she guides development, testing and launch of food safety education campaigns for consumers.
