10 Least Wanted Foodborne Pathogens

This flier contains the 10 least wanted foodborne pathogens, as identified by the U.S. Public Health Service. These microorganisms are the biggest culprits of foodborne illness, either because of the severity of the sickness or the number of cases of illness they cause.
