Open-Faced Turkey Sandwich


  • 4 slices crusty herb or white bread
  • 4 tablespoons cranberry orange relish, divided
  • 8-12 thin slices fully-cooked OVEN ROASTED TURKEY
  • 2-2/3 cups mashed potatoes, heated
  • 2 cups leftover turkey gravy, hot


  1. Place each bread slice on dinner plate and spread 1 tablespoon of relish on each slice.
  2. Top bread with 2 warm turkey slices, 2/3 cup mashed potatoes and 1/2 cup gravy. Serve hot.

*Leftover cooked turkey or deli turkey may be used.

**Fresh from the deli case, frozen or instant potatoes may be used.
