Craig Wilson is the Vice President, General Merchandising Manager of Quality Assurance, Food Safety, Non-Foods Quality Assurance, and Merchandise Services for Costco Wholesale Corporation. For over 24 years, Craig worked as a Special Projects Director for Frigoscandia Equipment Food Safety Systems. During that time, Craig published numerous research papers in the areas of food safety and food processing and holds many patents, the most notable for steam pasteurization of food, and is the recipient of the Gia/Matek, Global Excellence in Food Safety Award. He currently serves on numerous boards, including the Global Food Safety Initiative Board and the STOP Foodborne Illness Board.
Sally Squires, MS, MS
Award-winning former health and medical reporter for the Washington Post
Sally Squires, MS, MS specializes in health-related issues management. She has spent 24 years as an award-winning health and medical reporter for the Washington Post, and was a nationally syndicated columnist. She is a member of two editorial boards, an adjunct professor at Tufts University’s Friedman and an honorary fellow of the Society for Public Health Education. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President for Weber Shandwick. Sally has worked with the Food and Drug Administration, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Anschutz Center for Health and Wellness at the University of Colorado, the American Public Health Association, and many others.
Chef Lynn Ware
Georgia-based Private Chef
Chef Lynn Ware is a Georgia-based private chef based with over fifteen years’ experience. She has completed culinary programs at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in Hyde Park, NY, the Culinary Business Academy in Phoenix, and Clayton State University’s Culinary Arts Program. A New Orleans native, she has a background in Cajun/Creole cooking and has worked with Wellcare and Anthem Insurance companies and the Georgia Department of Public Health.
